I am wired and controlled. I have been totally controlled, every movement for 4 months. I had locked in syndrome.

Randall, a month or so ago I was subject to extreme lower back pain and as a result partial paralysis from pain, I couldn't bend to put on my shoes and had trouble getting into and out of bed and was actually crawling but I kept moving the muscles legs etc., and am now stretching. The pain is gone and Imnot paralyzed Yoga and martial arts stretching help, but I know you can be completly immobilized. I know first hand. Now there doing toilet stuff via the sacral plexus/Pudendal nerve implant, and V2k, & last nigh some dreams manipulation which was not a bad experience.

Randall, it's been difficult for me from time to time to understand this sort of problem myself (and explain it to others) This phenomenon (remote control of your physical and mental faculties) pretty much defies normal understanding. I have never experienced it for as long as you're saying you've been affected (4 months), but I do believe that it is possible for it to become that profound of a problem. You've got to fight it with all your might, because only you have the right to use your mind and body, not others (human or otherwise), who might have a sinister agenda, and could potentially misuse your person for evil purposes...

Kim definitely seems to have good advice for you, and I also think Warren's suggestion is really good - physical exercise somehow seems to thwart a lot of the manipulations, maybe because of the focus on one's body, instead of the mind. We all need to be totally ready for whatever paradigm shifts may be ahead in the future. Please, try to stay strong and sane. We all know how hard it can be, but with faith and focus, you can regain your life and happiness. I went through many long years of personal "craziness," so believe me when I say that I know how very hard it can be to maintain your "grip"...

Hey Randall... I know all about this. It has worked in a number of ways against me, my kids and people in my immediate vicinity too. I have referred to it as being a muppet. For myself sometimes it comes like a thought you sort of hear without using your ears and your head sort of echos what was just said to you. Or it seems to be as if conversations of others are intently manipulated by those doing this. Whenever I get upset about it... it seems I keep the momentum alive. They are getting what they want, which is to upset you. The best advice I have for coping is to immediately change the line of thinking they are trying to induce. They want you upset. They want you depressed. They want your thinking to be so screwed up that you can't think logically. Fight back, by knowing what they are doing and how. Start learning techniques for empowering yourself (you will need more than one believe me). Since they are trying to make people insane what can it hurt to think of something you consider good or happy every time they do it? It took me awhile till I felt almost myself most of the time. It's like your brain becomes locked into a kind of Pavlovian mindset (remember hearing how lab rats are trained when the bell ring they go for food?). You can break it but I won't lie, it takes practice. There will be good days and bad till you can get a handle on it. Stay with us on this site because I've learned so much about how to deal with this.
